The experience reflected companies brand and showcased their work and spread across geographies. Customers or clients visiting the space were given the opportunity to understand organisation’s capabilities and to discuss new possibilities for the future. The experience center included gesture-based controls, tablet-driven interactions and touch screen interfaces that gave customers an opportunity to view, share and give feedback on the work Infosys showcased.
Moonraft designed and executed the customer experience center for Infosys, Bangalore. The experience was designed as a part of multiple other touch-points in the customer/client journey.
